Three documents govern your use of Bloom. All of them apply together:

• Terms of Service — what you may and may not do, and what we promise.
• Privacy Policy — what we collect and what you can make us do about it.
• Refund Policy — when money comes back.

2Legal contact

Formal correspondence — copyright complaints, trademark concerns, law enforcement requests, or anything a support ticket cannot settle — goes to support@bloomcheats.fun with Legal in the subject line.

Discord is for support, not for service of legal notice. Anything sent there may not reach the right person.

3Copyright complaints

If you believe something here infringes your copyright, email us with:

• what the work is, and where the original can be seen;
• the exact address on this site of the material you are complaining about;
• your name and contact details;
• a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised;
• a statement that the information you have given is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.

We look at every complete notice and remove material where the claim holds up.

4Trademarks and affiliation

Rust is a trademark of Facepunch Studios. Bloom is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Facepunch Studios or any other game publisher. Any product name used on this site is used only to say what our software works with.

5Reporting a security problem

Found a hole in this site or our infrastructure? Email support@bloomcheats.fun with Security in the subject and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before telling anyone else. We will not pursue anyone who reports in good faith and does not damage or exfiltrate data.
