1Accepting these terms
By buying a licence, downloading the loader, or using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not buy and do not use the software.
These terms sit alongside our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. All three apply together.
2Who may buy
You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live — 18 in most places. If you are not, do not buy.
You are responsible for knowing whether using software like this is lawful where you are. Some countries treat game-modifying software as a criminal matter, not just a contractual one. We do not give legal advice and cannot check this for you.
3What you are buying
You are buying a time-limited licence to use Bloom software. You are not buying the software itself, and no ownership passes to you.
A licence key is personal to you. You may not resell it, share it, publish it, or use it on behalf of anyone else.
- Keys start counting from the moment you first activate them, not from purchase.
- One key binds to one machine. Changing hardware may require a reset — ask support.
- Reverse engineering, redistributing, or cracking the software ends your licence immediately and without refund.
4Your account and your key
Keep your key and account details to yourself. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
If you think someone else has your key or access to your account, tell us at once on Discord or at support@bloomcheats.fun and we will lock it.
5Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- attack, overload, or attempt to break into this site or our infrastructure;
- resell, sublicense, or redistribute anything you buy;
- use our software to harm other people, their data, or their machines;
- pretend to be us, or use our name to sell anything.
Breaking any of these ends your licence without refund.
6Game rules, bans, and third parties
This is the part that matters most, so it is not buried: using software like ours breaks the rules of the games it works with. Facepunch and other operators may suspend or permanently ban any account they believe is using it, and they are entitled to do so.
You accept that risk when you buy. A ban is not a fault in our product and is not refundable. We have no relationship with Facepunch Studios, no influence over their decisions, and no way to appeal on your behalf.
Bloom is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Facepunch Studios or any game publisher.
7Payment and tax
Prices are shown in US dollars. Payments are handled by outside providers — cards through Stripe, cryptocurrency through Plisio. Gift cards are bought from a retailer of your choosing and redeemed against your order by hand, which is why that route is not instant. We never see or store your card number.
The price shown on the product page is the amount you pay. Nothing is added at checkout — no tax line, no handling fee, no currency surcharge. Where any tax is owed on a sale, it is already inside that figure and is ours to account for, not something we collect from you on top.
Cryptocurrency payments are final once confirmed on the network. Network fees are yours to pay and are not part of what reaches us.
8Refunds
Refunds are covered in full by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Because a licence key is delivered the moment your payment clears, you are asked at checkout to agree to immediate delivery. Where you have a statutory right to cancel digital purchases, that agreement is what waives it — this is the same rule that applies across the EU and UK.
9No warranty, and what we are liable for
The software is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available at any given moment, that it will work with every configuration, or that it will remain undetected. Games change, and so do the systems that police them.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including lost game accounts, lost in-game items, lost time, or lost earnings.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and where local consumer law gives you rights that these terms would otherwise cut back, your rights win.
10Suspension
We may suspend or end your licence without refund if you break these terms, if a payment is reversed, or if we are required to by law. Where it is fair to do so, we will tell you why.
11Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top always shows the current version. Continuing to use Bloom after a change means you accept it — if you do not, stop using the software and ask us about a refund for any unused time.
