Refund Policy

1The short version

Talk to us first. Almost everything people ask for a refund over turns out to be a setup problem that takes a few minutes to sort out. If it genuinely cannot be made to work on your machine, we refund what you paid.

2When we refund

• The key never arrived and we cannot deliver one.
• The software will not run on your system and support cannot get it working.
• The product was down for a substantial part of the time you paid for.
• You were charged twice, or charged the wrong amount.

Where only part of your licence was unusable, we may refund that part rather than the whole thing. We will tell you which we are doing and why.

3How to ask

Message us on Discord or email support@bloomcheats.fun with your order reference — the eight characters shown on your order page.

We aim to answer within 24 hours. Approved refunds are sent back the way you paid, usually within 3–5 business days once we have agreed. Cryptocurrency refunds go to a wallet address you give us and are sent at the value in dollars you originally paid, not the coin's price today.

4When we do not refund

• A game ban. Every product of this kind carries that risk, it is stated plainly in our Terms, and you accept it when you buy.
• Changing your mind after the key has been issued. The key is delivered instantly and cannot be taken back.
• A key that has been shared, resold, or published.
• A licence that has run its full course.
• Refusing to try the fix. If you will not let support look at the problem, we cannot know whether the product was at fault.
• Problems that are not ours — your antivirus, your operating system, hardware failure, or your internet connection.

5Chargebacks

Opening a chargeback instead of writing to us costs us a fee and gets you your money slower than simply asking would have. If you file one without contacting us first, your licence and account are terminated and we will not sell to you again.

If you have already filed one and want to work it out properly, tell us — we would rather fix the problem than fight over it.

6Your statutory rights

Nothing here removes rights the law gives you. In the EU and UK you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a digital purchase; that right ends once you agree to immediate delivery and the key is issued, which is what the checkbox at checkout is for. Rights that cannot be waived are not affected by this policy.
